I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the speed of service I received. I ordered on 21/2/11 (quite late at night) and my goods arrived on 23/2/11! I ordered a selection of items from you, around a week ago. However one of the items (a 30cm icing bag) i had chosen was out of stock. I was contacted by you staff in under 12 hours (both by phone and e-mail) about this issue and it was explaining in a voicemail message and e-mail that you would be able to replace the item with one that was very similar. Even though I was unable to contact you back due to my hours of work my order was still dispatched to me with the replacement Item and it arrived with me the next day.
