Returns
At Cakes Cookies and Crafts Shop, we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and we are therefore happy to receive goods back for a refund.
For orders returned to us within 14 days of their receipt we will issue a refund.
For orders returned to us from 14 days - 30 days after receipt we will issue you with a store credit
Returned goods do need to be returned in perfect condition and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Please email us for a returns number stating:
- The original order number
- Items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We cannot accept returns that do not have a valid returns number.
We advise all customers to return goods via 1st Class Royal Mail delivery and to keep the proof of postage. Returns are sent at your own expense and at your own risk. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 7 days to complete. You will be refunded the cost of the product, however the shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.

We are unable to operate an exchange system. Items eligible for return will be refunded on receipt, any new or replacement items required will need to be purchased through a new order.

If returning an item purchased as part of one of our multi-buy offers, the value of the original discount will be offset against this return.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2005/689/contents/made This allows you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.
