Magic Sparkles
These beautiful glitter flakes add sparkle and highlights and are a great edible cake decoration.
They range from a delicate, pure snow white sparkle to potent glamorous reds, golds, blues and greens.
Made from starch they are entirely edible and dissolve when in contact with liquid or wet surfaces; therefore they are best applied to your icings when they have dried.
Sprinkle them on top of your cupcakes, cakes and cookies or even add a touch of this edible glitter to the top of ice cream and puddings!
