Star Baking Moulds Details
5 Star Baking Moulds, Individual portion
This unique baking mould is made from very strong waxed, ovenable card.
Use to create your star shaped cakes in individual portions.
Can be used with both traditional fruit cake recipes or with sponge and chocolate cake recipes.
Place baking mould on a flat baking tray or cookie sheet and fill to the appropriate level with your chosen recipe.
Once you've baked the cake leave in the mould until required.
Measuring approx 13.5cm wide, 3.5cm deep.
The cake in the picture is finished with a delicious chocolate ganache.
