Candy Melts by Wilton are a hugely versatile coloured candy coating. They have the appearance and the texture of chocolate, however, unless it is one of the chocolate variety, they don’t taste like chocolate, they just taste nice and sweet. They also have none of the fuss of chocolate, with no tempering required, simply melt, pour and set!

They are popular when making cake pops, cake decorations, and perfect for moulding and using various colours to create detailing and definition.
