Red Cocoform is a combination of Belgium chocolate and glucose syrup; making a simple to use and delicious modelling paste.
Create figures, flowers and patterns or combine with sugarpaste or marzipan to form a chocolaty cake covering. Simply pull off the required amount, knead to make the paste supple and then form or cut your required shapes and designs.
To make into a cake covering combine about 50/50 each of both the cocoform and marzipan or sugarpaste. Kneed very well prior to rolling
