Lustre and Colour Food Spray

Create stunning effects with our selection of PME Lustre Sprays and Wilton Colour Food Sprays. Our range of  food sprays can be used to create fabulous effects on, chocolate, sugarpaste, fondant, sugar flowers, icing, buttercream, marzipan, flowerpaste and mexican paste. It's an exciting way to create decadent, dazzling edible designs.

Shake the can well before use for best effects and hold about 15mm - 6" away from the item you are decorating.  Lightly mist over the food spray for a subtle, gentle effect or repeat the process to build up layers of colour and sparkle.

Colour Mist Spray by Wilton is also an easy product to use which allows easy spray on colouring of cakes, icings etc. This is a flat colour that doesn't provide a lustre.
