UK Delivery Options

First Class Packet Post rates UK
£3.99 per order regardless of the orders value.

We also have a courier service for £8.99 per order.

Please note that BFPO orders will incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm to you that exact cost.

UK Delivery Time 
Parcels sent by Royal Mail's First Class Packet Post service are generally delivered quickly.
We advise that delivery times are 1 - 7 working days from the date of dispatch, with the majority of orders arriving within
48 hours of dispatch.
Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery service and can on occasion take longer to arrive.

Adverse Weather Conditions 
Please also be aware that during periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries can be delayed making it necessary to add an extra 4 working days for your order to arrive. This extra allowance is on top of our recommended 1-7 days for the current first class service. We advise this so that you can order in plenty of time and won't be disappointed should your orders arrive after the desired delivery time.
If you are experiencing a postal delay you are advised to check with Royal Mail for their latest service update which can be found here: Royal Mail Service Update or alternatively check with your local sorting office.

UK Despatch Time 
We endeavour to despatch orders as speedily as possible, usually within 24 hours of your order being placed, Monday - Friday. However during busy seasonal periods such as Halloween, Christmas,and  Easter please do allow extra time.

Next Day Delivery 
To upgrade to this service please have your order ready and then call us on 01524 389684.
Orders must be received prior to 1.30pm for delivery the next day.
Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched - call our Customer Service Team for advice.
This service is provided by our Courier Service depending on the parcels weight and size and is subject to their terms and conditions.
Deliveries of this nature will require a signature upon receipt. Should you not be in to receive your delivery, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot.

Please note this is a working day service only. We do not operate a next day service for a Saturday delivery. Deliveries required for the weekend must be placed on a Thursday for a next day delivery on Friday.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £9.99 per order.

Courier Delivery 
Standard courier delivery is a 24-48 hour service from the day of dispatch and is also a working day service only. This time is estimated and not guaranteed.
Deliveries of this nature will require a signature upon receipt. Should you not be in to receive your delivery, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot.

My First Class Packet Post order has not arrived yet what shall I do? 
If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from the day your order was dispatched, please follow the instructions below.

1. Check with other members of your household or neighbours if specified that the goods may be delivered to them in your absence.
2. Check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office that they are not holding the parcel for you. Please ensure that you obtain the persons name that you make the enquiry with and the address of the sorting office.
3. Once you have done this please contact us with these details and your order number and we will be happy to remedy this with you.

International Delivery

Estimated Delivery Charges:
To get a price for shipping your order, please place the items you require in your basket, proceed to checkout and then enter your delivery details into the shipping calculator.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Delivery.
For orders placed that are bulky or exceed the weight allowed for the order total a surcharge will need to be applied.
We will calculate this and email you with a choice to pay the additional charges or cancel your order.

All Standard International Delivery items are shipped either by Airmail or Surface mail, at our discretion. This service does not provide insurance or tracking.
Should you require tracking or insurance for your goods, this can be provided at an extra charge, please email us for further details before you place your order.

We are not responsible or have control over charges or taxes for importing the package into your destination county, nor are we responsible for time delays caused by this.
We are also not responsible for the cost of returned goods due to the non payment of Tax and Customs Charges.

International Delivery Schedule
For overseas orders we advise 7-28 days as a guide only.
This differs vastly from country to country and may also be affected by customs in the receiving country.
