First Class Packet Post rates UK
£2.99 for orders with a total value up to - £20.00
£3.99 for orders with a total value of £20.01 - £30.00
£4.95 for orders with a total value of £30.01 - £40.00
£5.95 for orders with a total value of £40.01 and over.

UK Delivery Time
Parcels sent by Royal Mail's First Class Packet Post service are generally delivered quickly.
We advise that delivery times are 1 - 7 working days from the date of dispatch, with the majority of orders arriving within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery service and can on occasion take longer to arrive.

UK Despatch Time
We endeavour to despatch orders as speedily as possible, usually within 24 hours. However during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and Weekends please do allow extra time.

Next Day Delivery
To upgrade to this service please have your order ready and then call us on 01524 389684.
Orders must be received prior to 12.30 pm for delivery the next day.
Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched - call our Customer Service Team for advice.
This service is provided by either Royal Mail or a Courier Service depending on the parcels weight and size and is subject to their terms and conditions.
Deliveries of this nature will require a signature upon receipt.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £8.99 for orders under 2kg sent via Royal Mail; orders over this weight will be sent via courier at a cost of £12.95 per order.

Courier Delivery
Courier delivery is a 24-48 hour service from the day of dispatch.
Should you not be in to receive your delivery, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot.
Should you wish for redelivery, the courier company may charge a redelivery charge of £10; or alternatively you can always collect the parcel from your nearest depot.

My order has not arrived yet what shall I do?
If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from the day your order was dispatched, please follow the instructions below.

1) Check with other members of your household or neighbours if specified that the goods may be delivered to them in your absence.
2) Check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office that they are not holding the parcel for you. Please ensure that you obtain the persons name that you make the enquiry with and the address of the sorting office.
3) Once you have done this please contact us with these details and your order number and we will be happy to remedy this with you.
