These concentrated gels come in Ivory, Golden Yellow, Pink, Red, Violet, Royal Blue, Leaf Green and Black.

Use this colouring with fondant, flower paste, mexican paste, liquid fondant and royal icing.
The benefit of a gel colouring is that it doesn't alter the consistency of your sugarpaste.

A little goes a long way so we advise using a cocktail stick to add the colouring a little at a time as you build up to your desired colour.
