Sugar Sheets

A sugar sheet is a layer of ready rolled sugarpaste cut in a 30cm/12" square.
You can use this sheet to cut out decorative shapes for the top of cupcakes, cakes, brownies biscuits etc.

These versatile sheets can also be used to create plaques to cover the surface of your cake or alternatively you can cut long strips to make edible ribbons or side panels.

There are currently 7 different designs in the range; Blue Gingham and Pink Gingham; Pink Dotty Stripe and Blue Dotty Stripe, and a glorious Red and White Spotty sugarsheet.
