Returns

At Cakes Cookies and Crafts Shop, we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and we are therefore happy to receive goods back for a refund.

Edible and Food Items
In line with our Terms and Conditions we do not accept returns on food products.

If for whatever reason you wish to return your non food purchases, please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to provide a refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original sealed packaging.

Please email us for a returns number stating:

• the original order number
• items you wish to return
• the reason for the return

We can not accept returns that do not have a valid returns number.

We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense and at your own risk. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 7 days to complete.

Please note:
• We are unable to operate an exchange system. Items eligible for return will be refunded on receipt, any new or replacement items required will need to be purchased through a new order.

• If returning an item purchased as part of one of our multi-buy offers, the value of the original discount will be offset against this return.

This allows you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
