Rectangle Slab Chocolate Bar Mould

This sheet has 4 individual rectangular moulds each measuring 9.5 x 6cm x 6mm thick approx.

Ideal for creating flat chocolate slabs that can be used to create message cards or a background to other moulds.
Also use to make nut slabs; melt chocolate pour into the mould, whilst chocolate is still warm sprinkle a generous amount of chopped and whole nuts; leave to set.

This creates a chocolate bar where the nuts are not buried in the chocolate, so their appearance and texture adds to the visual appearance of the finished chocolate.
Complete by popping into a Cello bag (must be approved for direct contact with food - these can be found in our Food Safe Cello Bag Department) and tying with a ribbon, twist ties etc.
