A pot of 50g Pearlescent Purple Sparkling Sugar Crystals.

Add some pretty purple sugar crystals to brighten up your cupcakes, cookies, cakes and desserts.
Each individual sugar crystal is coated in a pearlescent light reflecting surface making these little crystals really special.

They are much larger than a normal sugar grain and have an irregular shape.

The pot has a double sided lid, one side is wide for liberal sprinkling and the other has a grid to achieve a more controlled flow.
