Perfect for Cookie Bouquets or simply making lollipops for the kids.

To make cookie lollipops simply arrange all your cookies around the outside of your baking tray with the area of the cookie that you want your stick to be facing outwards.

When the cookies are baked get them out of the oven and leave them on the baking tray.
Whilst still hot insert the cookie stick. Leave the cookies to cool on the tray.
Should any of the sticks remain loose after the cookies have cooled, secure with a little Royal Icing.
