This Icing Sculptor kit is designed to very simply let you create amazing patterns and shapes with the popular icing - buttercream.

If you need to create a dynamic cake and with a professional look, this Icing Sculptor set is ideal.
With a choice of 64 individual blades that you simply slide into the holder, you can create preset designs form the instructions or create your own patterns. There are a choice of wide and narrow ridges, dramatic swirls, vertical designs and scallops.

Just make a batch of buttercream in quantity suitable for your cake size, colour according to you requirements (we have a full range of professional food colours available in our Icings and Food Colours section or by following this link SugarFlair Food Colourings ). Then smooth the buttercream over your cake with a spatula.
With your selection of blades in place press the sculptor into the buttercream icing and rotate your cake on its turntable.
