Sizes vary but as a guide measure 30 x 30 x 43 mm each.
Made from a firm royal icing.

Sugar, Thickener E414, Solubilized Milk Protein, Acidulant E330, Carthamus Extract - Colours Yellow (E100), Red (E120), Blue (E132), Brown (E150d), Orange (E160a), Black (E172).

Decorations can change once brought into contact with different icings and toppings, we would therefore suggest that they are used only just prior to serving.
