Made from a natural gum this fine power is an essential and versatile ingredient .
Sprinkle and work in to sugarpaste/rolled fondant to help harden and make a firmer sugarpaste.
This creates a stronger icing which is able to hold detail better and is more substantial for sugarcraft modelling.

Another great use for this firmer paste is creating sugarflowers. The addition of gum tragacanth enables the sugarpaste to be rolled very thin whilst remaining strong; which is an essential part in making sugarflowers.
