What happens if an item is placed on backorder? We endeavour to keep a large stock holding for all our current stock items, however occasionally items are out of stock and in the process of being replenished. If this happens we will do one of the following:
1) Hold you whole order until the out of stock item is available 2) Send the rest of your items and then send a separate parcel when the out of stock item becomes available (we will pay for any additional postage costs incurred) 3) Cancel the out of stock item on your order, send the rest and refund the out of stock items.
We will contact you with the option that is suitable for your order. You will also have the option to cancel the whole order and receive a refund.
