Diamonds truly are a girl's best friend - especially when you wish to add that extra touch of glamour to your cakes and cookies.

Developed from Isomalt, these generous sized edible jewels are absolutely stunning as a food decoration.
Available in 2 different sizes this pack is for the larger 1.4cm edible diamond and contains 56 sugar diamonds per box. The smaller 1cm contain 168 diamonds per box, see link below.

Ready to use straight from the packet, these edible diamonds can be affected by humidity, so please read the care notes in advance of use.

Once opened please store in an airtight container with the pack of silica gel provided in your pack, this will help to absorb excess moisture which can cause your diamonds to mist over.

Handling the diamonds is not recommended as the moisture and oils from your skin can also affect the diamonds, so we recommend using tweezers to place your diamonds.

Placement of the diamonds is best done just before presentation.

To secure these to your cakes etc use a stiff Royal Icing in the same colour as the underlying icing/fondant.
Suitable for Vegetarians, may contain traces of nuts.

Decorations can change once brought into contact with different icings and toppings, we would therefore suggest that they are used only just prior to serving.
It may also be sensible to trial your decoration to be confident of the finished results and best storage options.

Should your diamonds mist over you can restore them by wiping with vegetable oil or glaze cleaner.
We do not accept returns due to diamonds misting as this can be easily solved by following these instructions.
