I ordered a selection of items from you, around a week ago. However one of the items (a 30cm icing bag) i had chosen was out of stock. I was contacted by you staff in under 12 hours (both by phone and e-mail) about this issue and it was explaining in a voicemail message and e-mail that you would be able to replace the item with one that was very similar. Even though I was unable to contact you back due to my hours of work my order was still dispatched to me with the replacement Item and it arrived with me the next day.
I was very pleased with services that was provided to me by SARAH and would like you to pass on my message of thanks. As I work in a retail position myself I can find that good service can go without complement so I would also like to thank the company as a whole and will be sure to order from you again.
