What happens if an item is placed on backorder?
We endeavour to keep a large stock holding for all our current stock items, however occasionally items are out of stock and in the process of being replenished.
If this happens we will contact you to give you a choice of the following options:

1) Hold your whole order until the out of stock item is available
2) Send the rest of your items and then send a separate parcel when the out of stock item becomes available (we will pay for any additional postage costs incurred)
3) Substitute the item with an alternative product.
4) Cancel the out of stock item on your order, send the rest of your order and refund the out of stock items.

Do you have a printed Brochure or Catalogue
Due to our high stock levels and frequently changing range we do not publish a catalogue.
All our stock is brought to you and updated daily on our website.
