Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2005/20050689.htm
This allows you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt so we can assist in returning them to us with their original packaging.

If you need to return goods to us for any reason please email our returns department returns @cakecookiesandcraftsshop.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation Number before you send them back to us to enable us to deal with the matter efficiently. Items returned without a Returns Authorization Number will not be refunded or credited.

We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods.

Returned products must be returned to us unused and with any original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged or lost on its return journey and so we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned.
No refunds will be made until the goods have been returned to us and we are happy that the above criteria have been met.

We will normally refund you within 7 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
