CREAM CHEESE ICING RECIPE
This sweet, rich icing is perfect for decorating Carrot Cakes and can also be a delicious topping for cupcakes too!
- 60g butter, softened
- 250g icing sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 80g smooth cream cheese, such as Philidelphia or supermarket own brand
- Place softened butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl; beat until smooth and well blended. Add vanilla.
- Then add the sieved icing sugar in small batches, making sure to beat out any lumps.
